Shipping and Refunds
Tuore wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If any issues arise, please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve the concern. Your happiness is important to us!
SHIPPING TIME FRAME: Products are handcrafted upon order to maintain their freshness. Your order will be shipped within 1-5 days. If longer, you will be notified by email. On average, orders are shipped within 1-2 days of order placement.
U.S. SHIPPING - DOMESTIC: Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.00. Orders are shipped either First Class Package or Priority Mail Package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you do not see your country listed upon checkout, please send us an email at: email@example.com with the items you want to order, your full name, address and phone number. We will do our best to see if we can complete your order at your location. If we can, you will receive an invoice email within 48 hrs to complete your purchase.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
USPS’S local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
Do not use a P.O. Box if outside the U.S. If your order has a PO BOX we will cancel your order and refund you the total amount. International orders can not be shipped to a PO BOX.
International Restrictions: It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, Tuore will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge.
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
- Original and return shipping costs.
- Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hrs of when order was placed. If we have not started on crafting your product(s) we can help. If product(s) have already been started we can not modify or cancel your order.
Due to the sensitivity, fresh and handcrafted nature of our personal products, Tuore is not able to accept returns. Tuore wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of order placement if you have any concerns. Depending on the reason you are unhappy with your item, Tuore will then make the decision to exchange the item for another or the same product of equal or lesser value OR issue you a refund minus original shipping fees. Please research all ingredients before making your purchase. If item arrives broken, please send us a photo of the damaged product and we will ship out a new one.
To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping fees are not refunded. Only the purchase price of the item bought. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs
You as the customer are responsible in researching all ingredients to make sure they will work for you. We cannot accept returns on used skin care or used hair care products for sanitary reasons.
Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as "delivered" in tracking updates. However, we will do our best to work with you should these issues arise.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your email is received we will contact you back within a certain amount of time notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund or product exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If an exchange is approved we will send you an email asking what product of equal or lesser value you‘d like as a replacement. Once we hear back from you with your choice, it will be mailed out within 1-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you are unhappy with the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved for exchange, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate coupon code will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only be able to send a gift certificate coupon code to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. We do not refund gifted items but will issue you store credit.
Shipping fees are not refunded nor will the shipping fee amount be included in the exchange offer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. Additionally, we cannot refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you forget to include your coupon code at checkout, we can not add it in for you once order is placed. So don't forget. :-)
